Hello...i´`ve a partitioned disk with wXP(1º part) and
w98se(2º part), the XP bootloader has recognized my w98
installation and everything worked fine. but yesterday the
bootloader has failed, and i have to do a SYS command from
a floppy to boot to w98, the question is...¿how can i
restore the XP bootloader to let me choose betwen 98 and
XP?

Thanks...

As you are doing boot with your Win98 Startup disk and run the sys c: command. Then
boot to the Windows XP Recovery Console and use the fixboot command to rewrite the
Windows XP boot code.

For a general reference see Microsoft Knowledge Base article KB314057. Note:

In a dual boot the initial boot is to the Win98 partition, which is
where the XP bootloader has been installed. SYS C: has overwritten it -
and deleted the XP loader. Don't do that again! Set the BIOS to boot
CD before Hard Disk. Boot the XP CD and, instead of Setup, take the
immediate R for Repair. Assume any password requested is blank, and TAB
over. Give it the command
Fixboot
