need help setting up outlook as Email default- Email keeps going .

I cannot seem to get my Email messages to go to outlook even though I have it
set as a default. The messages keep going to Outlook express. I am a comcast
cable costomer and they tell me they service outlook express and not outlook.
There must be a way to do it but I can not figure it out. Thanks

They can't "go to Outlook Express" is you don't run Outlook Express. Stop
running Outlook Express and you'll give Outlook a chance to download the
messages. Moreover, if you remove the mail account from Outlook Express,
even if you run it, it won't be able to download the mail.
