need help repairing worm damage

i just did a virus\worm\adware cleanup and now have 419 items in adaware
quarantine.......most in system restore. my puter is now very slow, outlook
keeps running into errors and closing, and all the searches i do send me to
program sites i don't have the money for. i have avast anti virus and norton
fire wall installed on windows xp pro. any help would be greatly appreciated

Try the free microsoft spyware program it works ok and will usally get rid of
the programs also try spybot search and destroy it's free ( or used to be )
and use this url they have a online and free ad and spyware scanner.
