at following address there is a template to handle issus from customers.
When I click on the "Add" button next to the "Assigned To" field and when I
click on "Add" button next to "Opened By" field it goes to the same contact
form.!! That means the same persion who is calling in with issues to be
resolved is also entering the issue in the database?? Somehow there should
be another database called Opened By where the employees of the company
(operator etc) will be listed. When we click to "Add" button next to the
"opened By" field it should go to a form where the company employees are
