I am trying Ghost to backup my 30G XP drive. I tried it a week ago,
and it worked just fine. I even manually switched the drives to
assure that the backup was bootable and usable, and it was. In fact,
I used it for a day to be more comfortable with the backup really
working.
I am using XP with all fixes, and the two HDDs are masters (Primary &
Slave IDE).
Last night I did it again, but when I tried to boot the backup drive,
I got and keep getting the error:
A PROBLEM IS PREVENTING WINDOWS FROM ACCURATELY CHECKING THE LICENSE
FOR THIS COMPUTER. ERROR CODE: 0X80090006.
Unless someone out there can suggest something, I will have to call
MS I guess, although right now I don't have their 800# (I'll have to
search for it).
Thanks
