Hello,

Recently due to the crashing and restarting problems I decided to completely reinstal XP pro, And foolish enough to tick all the update avaible thinkking that these came straight from MS so nothin would be wrong...I guess I'm wrong...the Nvidia drivers update from MS do actually make the problem even more worse.

So if any could help me about how to uninstal the driverthat came from the update then i would be really grateful.
Thank you,

Hi

Control Panel>System>Hardware>Device Manager - expand 'Display adapters,
then right click on the adapter and select 'Uninstall'. Then reboot your
system Windows should re-detect the card and you can then re-install the
appropriate drivers.

Hello,

Thanks for the tips...But it's quite strange how XP wont allow me to do that, saying that theres files there wich needed for rebooting.
Any suggestion about what should I do?

Oh, and now the problem is abit funny, before reinstalling Xp and changed the RAM, video card etc etc (including the casing....well, since I am not exactly capable in computer stuff..I just try all the suggestion regarding that kind of prob i can find in these forum/post) The computer keep restarting like crazy without any reason,
But now looks like it only do that when I try to run some games....desktop, office and media players do run just fine for hours of use.
