Looking at the a**hole's headers (198.123.47.15): why not
complain to (e-mail address removed) ?
Besides, this guy is spamming usenet with
individual spams promoting his website. The website has links to sites
(his also) that have his referral links. This is a "nested" approach
that shows a lot of thought on the ahole's part. It seems to me then,
that the best way to attack him is to get his wesite host involved.
