I have had my computer hooked up to your system since Monday. And am still
trying to get an Email address. I have done everything to get one. But the
system tells me that either I'm not hooked to the internet, or that the
address in incorrect, or invalied. What the heck is going on. I have never
in my life had this much trouble getting an Email address. If it wasn't for
the fee of $200.00 dollars I would tell you people just where to put you
internet. But I don't have the money to spend like that. So am going to have
to keep this system for 24 months, then if things don't change I will decide
then.

It sounds like you sent your complaint to the wrong place.

Note that there should be no space in your return address, if it's supposed
to be a working email address.

Your email provider (who is probably also your internet provider) should
give you an email address, and then you can ask them for instructions on
how to set up to use their email servers.

These may be the instructions you need:

No, you don't. You're not communicating with Microsoft. We're all users
here.

Your Internet Service Provider will probably five you a free account (in
fact probably already has) and tell you how to set it up.
