need help finding settings

Hey new to vista not cool at this time hate it! But I need help I messed up
and entered the wrong info when it asked the first time to set up my email
and ever since can 't find the place to reenter the correct info Does anyone
know where I need to go? I feel so lost at this point Thanks a head of time

Go to Tools>accounts>select the account>properties>server tab

POP3 Server
(Incoming Mail Server)
mail.localnet.com

SMTP Server
(Outgoing Mail Server)
smtp.localnet.com

Account Name: your LocalNet username

Click on Tools, then Accounts, then your email account, then Properties
and perhaps one of the tabs to the right of General. After you make each
change, click on Apply. When you're finished making changes, click on
OK and then Close.

localnet.com doesn't seem to have written instructions for Windows Mail
yet, but their instructions for Outlook Express will probably also work
under Windows Mail:
