Can someone please help me delete accounts on my pc. The computer just
freezes when i click on delete.

You say "some" accounts. Are these User accounts you have set up, or are
they some other type of account?

When you say freezes on DELETE which delete?
Right-click MY COMPUTER, click PROPERTIES
Click the User Profiles tab
Highlight the profile & click DELETE
Download the redundant profile tool to delete the pfofile for you:

yes, but what has happened now is i deleted service pack 7 and not i can not
even get to my desk top.thanks for replying.

*My* properties doesn't HAVE a "profiles" tab.......
