Need HELP converting PPT into quicktie or flash

Hello,
I have been trying for days now to convert my PPT 2002 presentation into
Quicktime or Flash without loosing the audio, timings, animation and
transition effects I have on it right now.

I found a PPT converter but it only supports features for the PPT 2000
version.

please let me know if you know how I can do this.

That tells you how to make a movie on a Mac. It doesn't work in PowerPoint
2002 on a PC. I would recommend Camtasia Studio by TechSmith, as one
solution. You can capture a PowerPoint show and create Flash in Camtasia.
