Need for Speed Hot Pursuit 2

After I install it I am able to get into the game as far as the EA splash
screen. Then it blinks and goes back to my desktop. Now when I try to
enter it says "Unable to Get Initial Keys!" I have tried the whole
compatability thing, but the same thing happens.

Suggestions?
