I need this fix for netsh on winxp, but I can't seem to
find it available for download anywhere. The details for
this fix can be viewed here:

However, there is no link from this page to a download to
get this fix.

If anyone has this available, please email it to me at

Hi

As the article states, you need to call Microsoft Product Support Services to
obtain it (outside the US, customers should contact their local Microsoft
subsidiary.). The support call will be be free as long as you refer to the
Knowledge Base Article number (KB823191) and ask for nothing more.
