Need find cell b3 value on another worksheet!

explanation:
for axample:

Cell b3 value is: 10030002452:
also this value is on another worksheet.
So i need find it is true or not!

P.S. need get formule becouse i want find in all colum dublicates

=IF(COUNTIF('other_sheet'!B3:B100,10030002452)>0,"Duplicate","No match found")
