If this DLL is truly a part of Word (I did not check), on your CD for
Word (or Office). Suggest easiest thing is to un-install Word, then
re-install it and it will put back the DLL's it needs.
A mystery worth pondering is why is this file missing? Is it truly a
part of Word (or is this a rouge program pretending to notify you of a
missing DLL file). Also, is it really missing? Did you seach the disk?
I don't think it's part of Word, but a Google search suggests that it's a
part of Works (perhaps related to the calendar). Was Word acquired as part
of Works Suite?
