need different footer on each page

I am setting up a form & the footer has to be different on each page, i.e.,
page 1, page 2, page 2 continued, page 2 continued, then page 3 ---?
 
Actually, that's not really a different one on each page...since you
can add odd/even footers, as well as a different one for the first
page. So add the page # to the first page. Then start the second page
with page # (for 2) and set the next to page # continued....or however
you need it to come out right.

However, if you want to set a custom one on each page to ensure it
comes out the way you want...you just have to make sure each footer is
set to NOT link back to the previous. That button is on the
header/footer toolbar.
