Need a way to send an automated message in Outlook.

If I get an email from someone, I want a text message sent to my cell
phone. I created a rule that forwarded messages from a specific user
to my cellphone, however at my work, this is disabled due to potential
looping problems. I'm not an Outlook heavweight (obviously), but it
just seems like there would have to be someone other than myself trying
to do this. Any suggestions?

If your company's mail admins have disabled the autoforward feature, I'd be
surprised if there;s anything you can do in Outlook to override it.
