Need a visible, bright mouse pointer

I'm a teacher and do demonstrations all day with an LCD projector. I'd like
my mouse to show up in a nice, bright color so that it is more visible. I
know I can go on the Web and install free software to get mouse pointers,
but you get the annoying toolbar that comes with it. Does windows have
anything to give you a better choice for your pointer? I've gone to Control
Panel, Mouse; Pointer Options tab, check Show location of pointer when I
press the CTRL key, and this helped a bit, but I don't see any choices there
to change the color or enlarge the pointer. Thanks in advance.
