Need a speaker for conference

Hello.
I am looking for a guest speaker on the topic "Best Practices for Effective
Powerpoint Presentations." Conference is in April in Napa, CA, and I need
someone from the Bay Area, as we don't have a lot of travel money.
Any suggestions?
