need a simple worksheet- help!

ok, i have alot of debt, i need a worksheet that i can list the bills,
with the following columns:

account number : creditor and/or biller name : total owed

the only column i want to do anything is the total owed, where at the
bottom it shows a running total, i know this is sooo simple, i just
cant figure it out, i am only good at excell with premade worksheets,
and i cant find ont that fits, can someone help?
