I have several users using Outlook 2000, 2002(XP), and
2003. We need a way to save attachments automatically to
a folder outside of outlook. I checked the rules in 2000
and 2003 and can't find one. We receive large
attachments that we need to keep. I don't want them in
the PST files because they reach the 2GB limit every few
weeks.

Any help would be appreciated.

Ron.

you'll need a 3rd party utility to do that - you can also use VBA.

See http://www.slipstick.com/addins/housekeeping.htm#user for utilities and
www.outlookcode.com for help with VBA.
