Need a program to track html page meta tags

I'm looking for a freeware program that will enable me to enter a list of
URLs (by text file or some other easy way) and then the program will go to
the URL on the internet and download the set of meta tags found in the html
page (in the <META tag locations) . The software should also be able to
make a report of the captured tags. This in not a request for a meta tag
generator! There is one program I found (not freeware - win web crawler)
that does this very well).

I am using to list URLs Winpad text editor
which maintains the hyper llinks and one click
will take it to web site. Save the URLs in
text format.
One can rename it as Notepad.exe to automatically load the text file.

Thanks for your response. There are lots of spiders (freeware and other)
that will download URLs but that's not what I need. As I stated, I am
looking for a program that will download and report on groups of META TAGS
found in the HTML code of those pages. In addition I need the program to
automatically download the meta tags from a list of URLs that I supply (like
in a csv text file).

Anyone know of any such freeware?

Thanks for the input. I have seen several spiders (or crawlers) that
provide meta tag key words but this one is new to me. I will take a look at
it. This is the kind of program I've been looking for except (as best I
know at this time) it only is concerned with meta tag KEY words. I really
need to get all meta tags - particularly the tags "title", "description" and
"author" as well as the keys.
