Well we are making it available to OEMs who can choose to install it or go
with the version of Windows XP containing the additional components and
functionality; as well as I believe making it available via retail channels.
Of course since there may be no price difference you would have to question
why anyone would want to buy a product that lacks functionality and
capability available in an equally priced product.

I suppose stranger things have happened on this planet, than a company being
forced to produce a product that no-one will buy.
