Network card drivers.

The description for NDIS is Network Driver Interface Specification. Looks
like your network card. That may give you something to go on.

What operating system and what type of computer?

hi there,

NDIS stands for Network Driver Interface Specification, and is a software
layer, very closely related to all things Network! - your network card,
ISDN, etc etc...
without knowing your current setup, i would guestimate that something is
trying to connect, I/O (input/output) - to either another piece of software,
which has been or is installed but not quite working properley, try and
think as to whether you have disabled any services recently, or have
uninstalled software or hardware that might have brought this message on.
you might want to reinstall the drivers for any communications hardware you
have, modem, network card etc
