Sorry for the repost but I've posted this to this group as well as to the table group and haven't gotten any replies. I really need to get an answer to this so I'm reposting it.

Our office just recently upgraded from Office 2000 Standard to Office 2003 Professional and we're using some templates that we've had in place for a long time with our new Word 2003. The templates have tables in them that have form fields for the user to complete. We used to be able to hit the down arrow and move to the cell below to enter that data, now we hit the down arrow and it moves us to the cell to the right. No matter what arrow button we hit the cursor moves to the next fill-in box to the right. It only moves us left to right and then down then left to right.

How can we fix this to be able to move the direction of the navigation buttons we press?

Thank you for any help anyone can give us

Cindy

Sorry, we all must have missed your previous post! You can't really set a
"TAB Order" in a Word table like you can in a UserForm (code). There is a
link to the Word FAQ Site that explains how to program Word to do this. It
really isn't that hard if you follow the instructions. Here is the link:

What I missed was that it was a protected form.
