Simply clicking on the Navigation icon will not show you
the organization of your site. You may use the Navigation
view to graphically organize your site. The navigation
structure you create in this view can also be used by
Front Page should you elect to use navigation buttons.
It seems from my understanding of your problem that you
should organize your various web pages into folders,
perhaps by class subject, grade level or something else
that makes sense to you or someone else who may pick up
the responsibility for this intranet down the road.
Do this from within Front Page (not Windows Explorer).
Use the File view to accomplish this. Front Page will
automatically correct hyperlinks.
The next step I would suggest would be to go through the
various files and rename those that don't have a file
name that meets the criterion of relating to its content
(so it will be easy to find in the future). Also do this
from within Front Page using the File view.

I am designing a school intranet. i made all of the
pages and am having trouble knowing where they are. I
have not used the navigation icon on the left of the
screen, but now i would like to, so i can see all of my
pages and access them knowing exactly where they are. Is
there any way i can do this, using the file that i have
been working on?
