Navigating through Email Messages

How can I navigate through email messages in Outlook 2003 as I was
able to do with earlier versions of Outlook; i.e., with the message
folder open, reading, then deleting or moving each message, and moving
to the next message?

Click Tools>Options. At the top, enter what option you want in the "After
moving or deleting an open item" drop-down.
