nav bars disappear after upload

My server had to reinstall FP exts and since then when I update/upload my
website, the nav bars have disappeared online. They're there on my offline
page. The server says he thinks FP is removing the code when it uploads.
Help!
I'm using WIN Me, Office Pro XP, FP98. TIA

I have found that I must upload my entire site again after the FP
extensions are re-installed.

Do a full Publish instead just a Changed Pages publish.
