Narrator

Ever since I accidently turned on the voice narrator in vista home prem. it
starts every time I turn the computer on, I don't see it listed in the start
up programs and I don't see an option in narrator to keep it from coming on.
Does anyone know how to turn that thing off?
 
The same happen to me, figured it out today how to turn it off.
Step 1:Open control panel
Step 2:Click on Optimize visual display under Ease of Access
Step 3:Uncheck turn on narrator
Step 4:Click on apply
Step 5:Restart system
After I restarted narrator popped up at the logon screen but after that
everything was cool.

Same annoying shit as in XP. My advice is to never, ever, under any
circumstances, start up narrator.
