Hi,

I went to Napster to check them out for music downloads but found them
pointlessly expensive. However, it was not possible to check them out
without downloading their software.

Does anyone know how to uninstall whatever Napster installed on my PC?

have you checked add/remove programs ?
 
Yes, but there are pieces left behind I'm convinced are upsetting things
somewhere.

Not to worry, I'll try their website again - although it seems to be limited
to about 200 characters on their 'Contact us' page!!
