Naming a Range in Excel

When importing data from Excel into Outlook Contacts I get
an error message telling me I havent named a range in
Excel to import. I rtm and can't find anything on this
Range Naming. Anyone know how to do this?

Either use

Insert|Name|Define

or

highlight the range and type the name you want in the name box (the box that
shows the active cell address, which is usually above A1)
