fill a spreadsheet from this access point

the time signature and passed to the spreadsheet and will put is
correct as # NAME? if you self direct sum in excel works already
checked the correct format ta everything someone already went through
this?
 
This is an Excel question as:

Plan.Range("F" & l).FormulaR1C1 = "=SUM(R[-9]C:R[-2]C)"

is not being recognized by Excel.
