Name of the Signatures Folder

My Outlook signatures are stored in:

C:\Documents and Settings\<Profile>\Application Data\Microsoft\Signatures

Can anyone tell me if the "Microsoft" or "Signatures" part changes under
different language versions of Outlook or Windows? Or are the ALWAYS in
English? Or is there an API that I can use to get the path? (I know how to
get the Application Data folder with the API). Thanks!

I don't think there's an API call for these paths for use in multiple
Windows versions. But these are the paths for non-Win2K/XP systems:

For Windows 95 and Windows 98 (assuming ME as well):
C:\Windows\Application data\Microsoft\Shared\Signatures

For Windows NT:
C:\Winnt\Profiles\Username\Application data\Microsoft\Signatures
