name not found in this collection

In my program form, after entering all informationand click save. I get "Name
not found in this collection". When remove the Data.mdb file and replace it
with a new blank Data.mdb file, it works perfact.

Can anyone help?

I think it's going to be difficult for anyone to offer help without having
some idea of what is being done when the error occurs. Can you post the
code that is getting the error?
