Name Missing from Sent Emails

I no longer have Your Name:
Mail is sent as Mail Account
How do I fix this???

Does your name appear in the "Your Name" box?

The "Your Name" box orginally contained my name but the
box is now missing. I can not change or see what is in the
box. Can I manually set this in the registry?
