Name displayed in From field of e-mail

I get emails where the name that is displayed in the From field is only the
email address ([email protected]) and not the full name (John Doe). I guess
that this is the way they defined their name in Outlook, but I am wondering
if there is a way to use the name I defined for them in my Contacts
information instead of what is coming from the email. In the Contacts entry,
I have their full name in the Display As field.

What is displayed in the From field is controlled by the sender, not the
recipient.
