Nachi.b virus

Can anyone tell me how to remove the nachi.b virus from my pc.I have run my virus scanner but it will not remove it and have tried various online scanners/removers but to no avail.I have downloaded the removal patch from Microsoft as well.Id appreciate any help in resolving this.

Thanks for the advice i had tried all i could find on the net to remove the virus -various virus removal tools including "stinger" but when i run my virus checker afterwards it still says i have 4 viruses (nachi.b & backdoor.ruldor.a
Any other advice / help would be very much appreciated
