mystery files.

Hello all,
I found a bunch (62 to be exact) files on my PC in
the windows/system32 folder. They are named
C*.txt or C*.tt. Some examples are:

c01.txt, c001pr.txt, c002pr2.tt, c008pr,txt, c009pr2.tt, etc,etc.
They are all 12 bytes long and contain the text : ImagineLan
They show last accessed date 5/13/2004

I found this on the net, but I don't remember installing
any of their products -

Anybody seen this before?

Did you install any other programs that day?
Can you remove it in Control Panel|Add/Remove Programs?
