MySearch HELP!!

I dont' know how it got there but my brand new XP Pro install has
Mysearch crap 3 days later..Win XP Pro, AMD 2200, new asus MB etc...

I can't close any explorer windows!!! and all my searches default to
mysearch crap..I ran spybot, ad-aware, and no ads and still
there...norton virus scan found nothin...tried multiple fixes...gonns
find the mtysearch creator and pull his fingernails out!!

Awwh man i know how you feel also there is a new thing on win 2000 its like a built in popup thingy which no popup stopper has ben able to stop yet if you know what im talkin bout and have sometin that stops it hit me up (e-mail address removed)

Try deleting your temporary internet files and internet history before
re-running AdAware and Spybot S&D.
Try CWShredder.

Then, install the google toolbar to stop popups.

After clearing your temporary internet files and temporal folders:
Download the utility CWshredder:
http://www.spywareinfo.com/~merijn/files/cwshredder.zip

Unzip - close *all* instances of IE & OE, hit the executable and
follow
the prompts.

You can also download Hijack This from here:

For instructions on how to use it; you have to post the log it makes
so experts tell you what is good and what is malware.

If these don't correct the problem, then get yourself a copy of
BHODemon, available at
http://www.definitivesolutions.com/bhodemon.htm .

It does not need installing - simply unzip and run the EXE program. It
is easy to use. It will find the hijackware DLL files, and give you
the ability to disable them.
