Myrealbox email problem

I cannot access email from "Myrealbox" server - nor can I access the website
myrealbox.com. This problem started nearly a week ago and it seems that the
website server must be down. Does anyone know if its temporary or have
stopped providing this free email service.

I did notice mail was slow to arrive on Thursday/Friday but all seems OK
now.

Working for me at imap.myrealbox.com this morning.

It is up and running via web and imap as of this morning, but I have
been havinga problem with folder deletion for over a week. I cannot
rename or delete any folders. Not complaining, just commenting.
Normally this runs smoothly. I had this happen once before but it
"cleared itself" within a few days.

I just received several pictures of my grandsons this morning. I check
daily and don't recall a problem during this year. Since you cannot
reach them with mail or browser, you may have firewall, HOSTS or
'restricted site' interference.

Thanks for all of the responses.
I've tried various methods of access, including using an old laptop with
outdated firewall settings which have not been changed or updated for
several weeks, and I've also used my normal computer with the firewall and
Spywareblaster settings completely disabled.
I use Tiscali as my ISP and have emailed them to enquire whether they are
blocking access, but am awaiting a reply.
If anybody else uses Tiscali and has trouble connecting to myrealbbox.com
the problem may be solved. If not - then ???????

Depending on the email client you use, you might want to check the
error log. Some will only give you the bottom line result. Others
give quite detailed information.

Ultrafunk Popcorn is not my normal client, but it runs a pretty good
transaction log for the last 100 lines, so I ran a POP/SMTP "ping" to
my account on MyRealBox. Unfortunately, I couldn't export the results
to a text file, but here's a copy of the screen capture to show what
I'm talking about:

Using something like this, you may be able to get some kind of
indication as to what's causing the problem.
