MYDOCUMENTS

I am in the process of trying to clean up my hard disk. I have plenty of
space but I want to know what is on the disk. while I wa performing this
task, I notice that my folder ''MYDOCUMENTS'' was duplicated somewhere else.
I did not made a copy of this new folder. It seems that every time I create
a new file or update an existing one, it is duplicated in this folder.

I also notice that a lot of the files in my ''MYDOCUMENTS'' folder is
duplicated in ''MYSHARE DOCUMENTS''. Any reasons for that? Is it required?
Can I delete them safely? If I it is not required how can I prevent them
from being copied on there?

They are not actually duplicated, just displayed in different areas, but
written to the disk in one place.
