My Windows XP sp2 Automatically restart, everytime I logon...

First..
My Windows XP sp2 Automatically restart, everytime I logon..
Then, I tried the system restore in safe mode..
but I didn't Finished the system restore..
It Automatically Restart the System..
And when I Turn on the Computer..
The Windows XP can't Operate..
The Screen shows "Microsoft WINDOWS XP" the blue background.. And
can't continue logon..
Even if I tried to LOGON in Safe mode.. The same thing happened
"Microsoft WINDOWS XP" The Blue Background
 
Hi...run a repair ..it should fix..or go to
mycomputer->properties->advanced->settings under startup and
recovery->uncheck automatically restart..

->another option->reseat the RAM

->It should work..>incase any issues send a mail to : (e-mail address removed)
