If it is a retail version of Windows XP then you can get a replacement
from Microsoft.

If it is an OEM version then you need to contact the computer
manufacturer/assembler regarding a replacement.

To determine for certain if you have an OEM version open Control Panel
- System - General and look at the second segment (3 characters) of
the Windows Product I.D. code in the "Registered to:" section. If
that second segment reads OEM then you have an OEM version. If it is
numeric then you have a retail or volume licensed version.

Good luck

To expand on Ron's reply . . .

MS Customer Service (800) 426-9400 (in US) can help you replace the Retail
CDs for a nominal fee in the US. If you are in any other country, you need
to contact the Customer Service Dept for your country.

If it was a retail license and you have proof of purchase:

If it was an OEM license, you should contact the computer's
manufacturer.
