I had a problem with windwos update
the problem isnt gone I went to view the last time I had a update it was
Monday, November 04, 2002
I havent got a update ever since

I need advice on how to fix this

Have you visit the Windows Update website?

Can you download and installed SP1?

Disable all running programs in the background, especially anti virus
software when updating.
