My windows 2000 server is too slow

hi, my problem is, i have my windows 2000 server as application server
and also as db server, i have confiigured iis 5, my db works fine, the
problem is my asp applications take a lot of time to load from a
computer of the intranet, how can i speed up my server??

What is the connection speed of the computer connecting to the server?
Increase the connection speed.

Without more details one can only guess.
