my 'To' button has a drop box of all previous emails sent-how to s

This is an Outlook question - my 'new email To' Button has a drop down box
that gives me all previous e mail addresses sent to. if I type a - then I get
all those previous with a - or b etc. How can I save these lists.

This may seem to be a silly question, but since yours is an Outlook
question, why didn't you (why don't you) ask it in an Outlook forum
instead of an MSWord forum?

microsoft.public.outlook.general seems to be the most active one.
