My task Manager does not work..

My task Manager does not work.. every time i Press
ALT+CRTL+Delete a messege pops ... it says "Task manager
has been disabled my your Administrator." What do i do to
fix it..


HELP PLEASE.....

Is this a computer under a domain?

Is it your personal computer?

Are you logged on as an Admin?

Have you enabled certian GPOs or did your admin guys do it?
