My spreadsheet shows 1, 2, 3... instead of A, B, C, for columns

Suddenly my excel spreadsheets went from normal -- displaying numbered rows
and alphebetized columns, to displaying numbered rows and columns, even in
spreadsheets I had previously created. The formulas in the cells look
completely crazy, which I assume is a by-product of this problem. For
example =R[-2]C[-1]*RC[-1]. Which should read =G28*G30. I have no idea how
to fix this. Help.
 
Thank you!!! That was exactly it! Not sure how that box got checked, but I
won't worry about that for now.
