My Sony dvd-rom DDU1621 and Lite-on LTR-161028 suddenly
stopped funtioning! I can't get them to work again by
upgrading them because I can't find any drivers online,
and the ones that came with the installation CD's won't
work, since the drives just disappeared. I have windows
XP, tried to reboot, but the earliest reboot point is
just a few weeks ago, when the drivers already stopped
working... didn't think of rebooting earlier, coz I was
just too occupied with exams... is getting an external
driver the only way to solve this problem??
