My signature shows up on new mail as clear text.

When I look at the signature in the editor it is black text for the name and
phone number, and the email address and the web site are hotlinks. When I
open a new email the only things you can see are the hotlinks.

The name and the phone number are invisible text. How can I change it so
that it will show up as black text?
 
did you copy and paste the text from another source? When I C/P things into
the signature field it did the same thing.
